More info would be needed to determine why your console isnt running. When was the last time it was powered on? Did it display any errors last time it was on? Do any lights come on when you try to power it on? Have you tried using a different power cable or HDMI cable? Is the controller turning on and if so can it connect to the console?

How old is the phone? Depending on the age of the phone it may need a battery replacement. Under Settings -> Battery and Device Care -> Battery, you can see which apps are using the battery and how much of it. Check if there are any apps draining a large amount of power.
