With the xbox Turned off and unplugged the cable hold X for 20 or 30 sec and try Turn On.

Mine is saying it needs my Microsoft password right after I sign in, then it won’t accept my Microsoft account password and keeps me signed out, this has been happening for the past two weeks.

I was not connect to the internet and was going to play offline then the Xbox said troubleshooting the next thing I did is it said continue I hit the continue button and then it said getting your Xbox ready next thing you know it was Factory wiped and reset everything WTF who invents a button that resets instead of continuing to the Xbox home.

Hi all! Hope your having a good evening!
I have a problem withthe xbox 1S. We have put the HDMI Cable into the box and into the unit , after powering down, placing the electric plug in, switching the box on. Then putting in the HDMI Cable. The unit is not reading the xbox on any of our units x3.
No display on working TV's!
Also the disc drive is not responding. Can not open it. Not banged. Is moved to upstirs room at times. But carefully.
Anyone else experienced this!

Hello, well in game mode it causing you he screen to go black and back on. Now this does not happen when using it under any other mode like watching a dvd. Anyone else have this problem with a fix?

my Xbox one s will turn on for about 45 seconds, then turn off. however, it wont even connect to the tv, it wont receive the signal. we’ve tried pretty much everything. we’ve moved it to a different outlet, used a new HDMI cord, we checked that it wasn’t overheated, even tried another tv, but nothing seems to work. any ideas?

It plays netflixs and other apps but when playing games that don't need discs it will not play properly and ends up crashing I've reset xbox multiple times since and having issue ifs 2years old and original owner. Not wanting to buy a new one. Any ideas?

Start by going to the SYSTEM tab and select CONSOLE SETTINGS. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and select SYSTEM INFO. When you open up this screen, just hit these buttons in this order: LEFT TRIGGER, RIGHT TRIGGER, X, Y, LEFT BUMPER, RIGHT BUMPER If it doesn't work right away, just try it again. A screen should pop up asking you if you would like to reset the settings. This won't delete your profile or anything so select YES. The XBOX will restart itself and it will then ask for the language and country again. Next it will ask for info on the pass code. Choose the rating you want the code for and then input your new code.

You may need to get a different hdd for the 360 if you cannot figure out the password.Ive never personally came across an 360 that the password screen locks the entire console down and I've been modding them for years.Try removing the hdd and see if it boots normally.Depending on which model you have,some had on-board storage and could boot without it.If it boots without a password get a different MS certified 360 drive and you should be good to go.

Sounds like coil whine.Likely a bad fan or power supply.Sounds like you need to go get your money back if they sold it as a working console.This is why I refuse to buy anything until I confirm it works for myself.Dont just trust people's word.

My xbox 1 s worked just fine until this morning. Our router had been reset and then my xbox said that it wasn’t connected to the internet even though it was so I did everything I could think of. Now when I turn it on everything works but the entire screen is black except when I hold the button on my remote.

Look on the front,it's a little different for each model.The fat version is actually the silver tab on the side.The S has a dedicated button on the front.If you mean 360 it has a button on the front with what looks like 3 waves next to it.

Controllers don't freeze as far as I know.Either your battery is toast or the controller itself is broke.Try it on a friend's console and see if it works.If it does then the problem lies likely within the logic board or somewhere within the unit itself.
