whenever i got the bundle pack i tried to redeem the code and it asked me to answer some question and sign in. and whenever i do it is like a continuous loop and i answer the questions again and the same thing happens

for the store it asked me for the sign in and conformation and whenever i fill everything out it is like a continuous loop and asks me the same dang questions.
