Use hot air gun/ hair dryer and heat up the batteries adhesive along with isopropyl alcohol for a clean removal of the battery being replaced, the isopropyl alcohol can further remove the old adhesive which can be replaced with the new battery and it's adhesive, if the new battery does not include adhesive 3m double sided tape works very well.

You should be able to pull the connector out. They maybe sometimes a little bit “tight.”

Very straight forward and simple replacement to do with the right tools, I used my hot air gun work station so this might have been alot easier for me then someone without one? Hair dryers work too, just in case a hot airgun station is not available to you dont worry you can do this repair without, but some form of heat will make life alot simpler :)

I'm willing to assist in the testing of parts, you see I'm viewing this a collaborate way of helping one another, by that I mean if someone can point me to a reliable distributor and I can do the fun tedious task of checking your inventory and give you report on how many DOA parts their were, send them back (assuming they are decent vendor I dont see why a replacement of 10-15 units be exchanged if 100 were bought, of course id question the quality because that's a 1 and 10 chance of receiving a garbage part that's only going to !#^& someone off. (I'd be !#^&@@) but just throwing in my 2cents, hey I'm nobody special man, Just trying to see if we can unite more instead of dividing why not stand together and work as a whole to make a bigger impact?

And can I procure a manufacturer or distributor with trending devices that are with in a specific brands line up like Samsung galaxy 5,6,7,8,9 and so on or are there no vendors here? Or am I lacking the permissions to request for such products?

Caution mains voltage: do not touch conductive parts! Insert the power plug and test whether your repair was successful. Pull the power plug again and clean the toaster thoroughly before assembling

There is an iron tilting device on the magnet, here embedded in a molded plastic part. When the magnet pulls in, it holds the hook on the slide. Thoroughly clean the space between the magnet and the iron holder. Use a cotton swab with alcohol.

Here are the main internal parts: The contacts for the heating wires. They are switched when the slider moves down. The timing. The longer the time, the darker the toast becomes. The holding magnet. He holds the slider down. Here you have to look for the error
