MacBook Pro 16" 2024 (M4) Repair

Announced in October 2024—alongside the redesigned Mac mini, refreshed 2024 24" iMac, and the smaller 14-inch MacBook Pros—the larger 16-inch MacBook Pro is updated once again with the next generation of higher-end Apple silicon: the M4 Pro and M4 Max. And, to support Apple Intelligence, 16-inch model base memory increases from 18 to 24 GB.

The 16" MacBook Pro shares many of the same features introduced in 2021 and 2023's MacBook Pros, including ProMotion HDR mini-LED displays, 1080p webcams with a display notch, full-size function keys, and the distinctive blacked-out keyboard.

Starting at a $2499, the 2024 16" MacBook Pro is available in either Silver or Space Black.

The 2024 MacBook Pro features a large flat glass screen, thin black bezels, a "notch" cutout at the top of the screen, black keys, and an aluminum enclosure. There's a large gloss black Apple logo on the top shell and "MacBook Pro" engraved into the bottom case.

A MagSafe 3 charging port, two USB-C ports, and a headphone jack can be found on the left edge, with an additional USB-C port, HDMI port, and an SD card slot on the right.
