my husband downloading on the computer when it froze, so he turned it off and now it comes on goes to a blank screen for about a minute, then it shows the mac symbol and stays on that screen and wont do anything else, What can I do without having to erase all my files because I dont have backup? If there is no way of saving my files I still would like to know what to do to fix it. Please help. This happened about 4 or 5 months ago.
