The phone won't turn on.
Your phone won't start up.
The battery is dead.
Your phone's battery might just be dead. Try charging the battery or swapping it out with a charged one.
The battery is out of place.
It's possible the battery is not inserted properly. To fix this, turn off the phone and remove the battery. Check to see if anything is blocking the gold connection between the phone and battery. When putting the battery back in, make sure the gold connections are in contact. Apply some light pressure to ensure the battery is completely in the phone's battery compartment.
The phone shuts off spontaneously.
While in use, your phone turns off unintentionally.
The battery is faulty.
Your phone's battery might not be able to hold a charge. Make sure your charger cable is connected and try turning the phone on again. Try to use another charger cable, if possible. If it still doesn't turn on, then the battery may need to be replaced.
The motherboard is damaged.
The motherboard connects all the components of the phone to work together. If nothing else seems to work and the phone still turns off unintentionally, then the motherboard may be damaged and must be replaced.
The phone is unresponsive.
The phone screen stays the same, and you can't do anything.
The battery has a low charge
A low battery charge may cause your phone to lag. Turn off your phone and try charging the battery. If the phone is still unresponsive at start up, remove and reinsert the battery into it's compartment. Check to see if anything is blocking the gold connection between the phone and battery. When putting the battery back in, make sure the gold connections are in contact. Apply some light pressure to ensure the battery is completely in the phone's battery compartment.
The motherboard is damaged.
The motherboard connects all the components of the phone to work together. If there is no other solution and the phone still remains unresponsive, the motherboard may be damaged. If the motherboard is damaged, then it must be replaced.
The screen is cracked.
There is a large crack or a branch of cracks across your screen.
The phone was involved in a tragic accident.
Your phone suffered from an impact, and the screen is damaged. The front screen will need to be replaced, as there may be sharp corners from the cracked glass. The crack may seem horrific but it should not affect phone performance. If you prefer a clear screen, the screen will need to be replaced.
The display is broken.
The front display of your phone behind the glass screen allows images to appear on the screen. It is possible that an impact will penetrate to the display. Turn on your phone to make sure it is still functional. If it does not respond, then the display may need to be replaced.
The camera is not working properly.
Your camera takes blurry photos, photos with poor exposure, etc.
The camera is covered.
An obstructed camera lens will not be able to focus correctly or fully focus when in use. Make sure there are no obstructions, such as dirt, in front of the cameras. If there are, remove them and try using the camera again.
The front camera is damaged.
If pictures taken with the front camera are blurry or distorted, the camera may be obstructed or damaged. If damaged, the front camera will need to be replaced.
The rear camera is damaged.
If pictures taken with the rear camera are blurry or distorted, the camera may be obstructed or damaged. If damaged, the rear camera will need to be replaced.
The camera is scratched or dirty.
If blurs appear in multiple photos, the camera may be scratched. There may be dirt on the lens that needs to be cleaned off. If it is scratched or damaged, the camera will need to be replaced.
The rear panel/case is bent.
There is a noticeable bend on the back of your phone.
The phone's rear casing is bent.
If your rear case is bent, try to carefully apply pressure to bend it back. If this does not work, then the case will need to be replaced.
