I can't record music from my computer to phone there is no files shown or open can this be fixed

Video has extreme static. I record my husband's band, and all videos are static... Help, this is my 2nd phone, same problem as 1st Alcatel One Touch.

my phone says that my phone wont update because it has a root access thingy. idk what that is idk what it wants me to do.. but i cant update it and it wont keep a charge for longer thank four hours. i know it said i may have the wrong charging cord or it may be defective but i used my daughters brand new one that she got for her phone. same one as mine and it still wont hold a charge longer than four to five hours. so is it just my battery????

I accidentally switched an option in engineer mode on Alcatel 3v. Was scrolling in engineer mode to see what options were available in engineer mode my thumber switch an option when I went to scroll up and when the switch went from off like it should be to on the position my thumb choose to move switch to instead of scrolling screen. The screen went black. The only visible animations on the screen are powerering it on. It cycles through power on screen and then Alcatel logo shows on screen like normal powerering on of device and when the power on cycle completed screen goes completely black. How to I fix the engineer mode option I switched on by accident that black my screen

My Alcatel 3v was operating fine until I decided to see what engineer mode was I entered into engineer mode and scrolling past the options realizing I didn't know what any of the options meant or would do andy thumb flipped an option on instead of scrolling my screen and screen went black. I thought oops I broke the phone. I went to hard reset and wipe and that recovery mode screen appeared I wipe phone and when it finished I click the restart now option. The phone began to power itself itself through the start up scrédn which was visible and I thought whew that was close after Alcatel logo appeared then disappeared phon went to the ready for use screen Wich was you guessed it totally black. How to I get back to engineer mode to flip that option back off and does anyone know which option it was that blackedy screen if I could just go back in time and stop my thumb from choosing to turn on whatever choice that got turned to on screen would still be fine. Factory reset didn't reset phone to factory mode

What's this. I clicked on and scrolling past everything I had no clue what any option did or why it was an option to be choose I knew developer mode is not for me and as I was scrolling past the options to find the done button I accidentally switched a option from off to on and my screen went black. Factory reset was visible wooing phone and completing wipe restarted phone phone start up screen visible until it was finished starting and when screen went to ready for use screen back to black. What did I do and how do I fix it. I assume I flip the switch from on back to off but I don't know how to get to it or which one it was I switched please somebody school me I had no business in an area of the phone available the superior mentality or like I call smarter then I could ever think is possible for me to achieve
