Gavin, this guide is for replacing a damaged "Top Cover" only and isn't meant to be a guide for replacing the LCD screen. Therefore, it is showing the process of how to remove everything from the damaged top cover such as the wifi wires, LCD cable, camera, and LCD screen so that you can reuse all of these same parts within the new top cover replacement.
I do not have a separate spacebar guide but it is repaired just like all the other “special keys” as you see in this guide. The only difference is that it has 2 metal bars located under the key.
