1. Take away the back cover 2. Take out ALL the screws, notice that there is a black point in the right down corner (this is a secured screw to not void the warranty) 3. Take a spudger between the front glass en the aluminium back cover and peel it loose, you will hear a certain amount of clicks, just go round the phone. It will require some patience and a not to strong hand but it'll work. 4. undo all the flex cables from the motherboard, take out the motherboard 5. go under the battery to get this one out 6. ATTENTION: The flex cable on the top of the phone is glued to the proximity sensor, peel this one of FIRST before heating up the front. Otherwise you WILL forget this and maybe rip the cable. Then heaten up the front glass and pry under it until you can go under the lcd, just peel it off.. It's broken anyway so just use some force. 7. put the new one in 8. reverse steps to put it back together! Bout 30 min work if you know how to do it. Good luck
