iPad 2 GSM model WIFI problems

Hello,

bought an iPad 2 GSM model from a friend who told me the WIFI doesn't connect sometimes..

Well, it doesn't connect anytime, it's a GSM model so i bought a sim card with 2GB of internet usage but when used to much 2Gb isn't enough. And it costs 12 euros/month...

Now my question is, will a wifi antenne replacement work?

Don't want to risk my screen when it will not work afterwards :)

The iPad when trying to connect to ANY WIFI:

Can't connect with "name of wifi"

If the iPad digitizer was replaced before it is possible that the wi-fi antenna was damaged so a new one would solve the problem. if it was not repaired before then if could be your wi-fi module.

I don't know whether the screen has ever been replaced before.. It seems to fit really perfect (Apple's way of perfect) so i guess it's the original one..

Could i go to an apple store with this?
