Your best option aside from replacing the screen would be to use either UV tempered glass protector or a full adhesive tempered. This should seal it well enough to prevent further cracking so long as it isn’t dropped again
You lose fingerprint functionality on this model when you replace with an aftermarket LCD screen unfortunately. You will need to use a better quality screen that is OLED like the original to get fingerprint back
Almost all shops are using notoriously crap parts for the iPhone 11. Not completely their fault, even the best quality aftermarket parts are not that good for the 11 model specifically. I recommend either replacing the screen through Apple/authorized repair center, or buying an Original screen off ebay that was pulled directly from an iPhone and having a tech install that one. In my experience it lasts much longer, and you won’t have the touch issues.
If the phone does not boot with a known good battery, it is likely a motherboard issue. If you’re experienced with microsoldering it may be worth the effort, otherwise I would invest in a new phone or send it off to a professional! Also, just to be sure, I would disconnect the power button cable and try booting it up. Sometimes a faulty cable will cause boot issues.
Hey Alex! If it worked prior to repair, it is either a loose connection, or it was damaged during disassembly. I would disassemble, inspect connector for any debris, and ensure it is properly connected. If so, it may need replacement.
Hello! I have to mention, if you installed it yourself, it is likely not an apple battery :( unless it was pulled from another phone used. Try a new battery, to see if it is just defective. What was the problem initially?
