try connecting it to the PC then open device manager Windows Key + R then type devmgmt.msc click ok try to find it then uninstall the driver then disconnect and reconnect it and wait a minute for it to reinstall it. it may also be an issue with the windows 10 creators update rendering many pieces of hardware useless due to poor driver support also try it in a friends pc it may be the MP3 itself
It could be a degrating battery sometimes it dies at a certain % also you can try backing it up and reinstalling the OS unless it is rooted and or it has a custom rom
