I finally fixed my problem after a few weeks... Turns out I had ordered a new membrane from eBay and it turned out I had bought a bad one. I bought a new membrane and it worked fine. There are also a few different versions of the plastic membrane floating around. I bought one that was a different color (some are green some are blue) try a different membrane and it will probably fix the problem.
続きを読むUpdate. I finally fixed my Xbox... It was stuck in a never ending E200, E203 loop. Everytime I rebooted it, reset it, etc I always recieved an error code of some sort. I had a feeling that the on board NAND was getting stuck in some kind of error state, so here is what I did. I booted the Xbox into troubleshoot mode using the bind, eject, and power button. I chose reset this xbox, and delete everything. As soon as the Xbox powered off I pulled the plug. I waited a minute, plugged it back in, and booted directly using to the USB drive by holding the bind and eject buttons while hitting the power button. The Xbox installed the OS from the flash drive, applied the update, rebooted to the "preparing console" screen. At this point it would usually stop and display an e200 error code, but this time it completed and booted into the initial setup. I setup up my wireless network, time zone, etc signed into my live account and viola! Everything working perfectly now. So if anyone is having problems getting the USB...
続きを読むI had this same issue - when I took apart my controller, the contacts on the conductive film were stuck to the main circuit board and tore off. Replacing the film solved the problem. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Conductive-Film-Keypad-Repair-Part-for-PlayStation-4-PS4-Controller-DualShock-4-/401150284991?hash=item5d666b94bf:g:3uQA...-0 this isn't my auction - just one I found through searching.
続きを読むYou need to replace the rubber membrane - the trigger has a plastic blade in it which pushes on the rubber, and eventually wears it down - see the link below for a picture/description of the problem. If you don't want to order/wait for new parts in the mail, you can remove the trigger button, put a glob of epoxy in the hole, and that will fix it. https://www.reddit.com/r/PS4/comments/34... here is a picture of the problem http://i.imgur.com/JTnrzM0.jpg
続きを読むI too am having one heck of a time. I bought an xbox one 500 GB from ebay that had one of the E200 error codes. I've been trying for over a week to get this thing working, following all of the wiki's/posts out on the internet. I am successfully able to format/repartition the drive using Ubuntu and the scripts/tools. the "drives" application reports a SMART status of OK. However, anytime I have either put the contents of the OSUDT2 files on either the newly formatted drive in the A and B folders per the instructions, or a flash drive, I receive an error. My latest attempt was to simply format/partition/unmount the HDD in Ubuntu and then install the blank but newly formatted/partitioned drive in the xbox and install the OSUDT2 file from MSFT via a USB drive. Yes I ran that script that says "are you sure you want to make this an xbox HDD?" The console was able to install the update and reboot, but during the "applying update" phase it reached 66% then threw the "something went wrong" page and error E200...

I accidentally broke the headphone jack ribbon cable socket off of the motherboard - its a very small 3 socket ZIF connector that wasn’t attached very good. Now I have no display - I’m wondering if the headphone jack has something to do with it? I would think breaking that connector would only affect the headphone jack.
