Did some event happen between it working and not working? Such as did it get wet, did you go for a hike in the sahara, did you drop it, did you download a new app etc? I suspect it's the contacts that need cleaning. Just a cue tip with some alcohol on it wipe clean the female/male ends. (make sure it's off first)
続きを読むI suspect that your pc works on the wifi just fine, just an issue with your phone wifi connection. I also have this issue sometimes. For me it isn't because of proximity to the router, my router speeds, my phone battery, the app server status (although if I were you I would check those things first because they can most definitely affect your connection). It could also be your router settings. If this is at work then they could have ports blocked for sending messages. Apple's support FAQ states that TCP ports 80, 443, and 5223 are required for Messages. Ensure those ports are open by logging into your router. Hope this helps!
続きを読むIt's definitely in your handset. Either someone pulled a prank and put tape or something over the receiver (I've responded to way to many calls where the user was pranked) or the receiver has broke lose which requires replacement. If replacement isn't an option you can open up the handset, find where it's broken and solder it back together. Any handset will work if it's a corded, if it's cordless you'll have to purchase a whole new base/handset or an identical handset. Good luck!
続きを読むIs it still there when you change the back ground? I suppose it isn't superficial and can't be cleaned off? I suspect however that it was pressured in those two spots killing the led pixels there. If it's still under warranty take it in for a repair at an Apple Store. If you are not near an Apple Store you can send it in for repair. Any warranty issues should be covered at not cost to you (other than shipping fees). However, if you are no longer under warranty then you can have the touch screen replaced by yourself or a 3rd party. Hope this helps!
続きを読むIt's for static electricity, or rather prevents electromagnetic energy from interfering with your hardware. As for where to purchase, you're gonna be hard pressed because something as "insignificant" as that isn't expensive enough to sell for individual purchase. There are websites that sell electromagnetic tape (http://www.lessemf.com/computer.html), that could work but if you've just punctured it and not tore it entirely then I wouldn't risk replacing it with that. It'll still serve it's purpose if it's not torn completely in half. Hope this helps! - Jacob
続きを読む@dggutsh So I searched several sites including new egg, amazon and the suggested site was http://www.envizendigital.com/ which isn't an actual site. There is no customer support that I can find from envizen themselves. If you purchased a 3rd party warranty from someone other than the manufacturer I would need that info in order to tell you what you need to do to send it back for repairs. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful! - Jacob
続きを読む@gtsd I would try logging into the online interface. Type in the ip address into a browser url bar. Check that SNMP is enabled, also FTP and SFTP. It's hard to say what else without looking at the interface. If you can't connect the the browser interface then I would connect to it with a usb cable and access the settings that way and enable HTTP (port 80) and HTTPS (443), that should allow interface accessibility. Hope this helps, I know it's vague but hard to say much else without sitting in front of it. - Jacob
続きを読むI don't quite understand your question. Are you looking for a DIY fix or a support number for a technician? For a DIY the model is needed. It's most likely a connector issue. My screen quit working but that was because I put it back together and had forgotten to reconnect the display before I closed it up.
続きを読む@rekeren Sounds like a connection issue. After unplugging from wall outlet open up the touch panel and digital display and locate any connection points to the display, unplug them and dip a cue tip or micro fiber cloth in rubbing alcohol and wipe off copper connectors as best as you can. Make sure the contacts are air dried before you plug them back in and that should resolve the issue. If not check for damage to connectors in the touch panel. It could be from age (dust/humidity over time) or power surge. Hope this helps! - Jacob
続きを読む@elvisgonzalez I found this and says the brand is apple and the guy has a 99.2% positive feedback. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-OEM-Battery-for-Apple-MacBook-Pro-15-A1417-A1398-ME665LL-A-ME664LL-A-/201316075296 Hope this helps! - Jainore

My son was chewing on my phone and the speaker was real quiet afterwards. I purchased your product above and installed but nothing changed. Not sure what else it could be, don't want to purchase a 100$ display only to have that not fix the issue either. And of course since I've already opened it Apple sent it back to me :D
