I don’t think there is much you can do, the current logic board is unique to Apple and uses a very old CPU which doesn’t offer compatibility as well as newer OSs.
The only thing I can think of which would take a lot of custom alterations and machining fitting a Mac Mini logic board into the case. But why just get Mac Mini and calling a day.
