I have two sim cards inserted in my phone and neither of them is being read by the system. It keeps saying "no network" and that I have no sim card inserted even though my sd card is being read by the phone. What might be the problem? I've tried restarting the phone countless times, and even removed and re-inserted the sim cards with no luck. Please help.

@otshepengs46582 are you saying you have two SIM cards inserted at the same time. That would mean you are also using the USIM. Remove one of those and try again. Anyhow, the very first thing you want to make sure off, is that your SIM cards are actually "activated" check with your cell phone provider. If those cards should be good, follow the instructions from Samsung. Let us know what you find out and if/what works for you.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. Sumsung ao4e wattu was unlocked permanently with out payment but not enabling sim cards in the phone
