Which mobile phone service provider is the phone currently locked to?
Whose SIM cards did you use before to make the phone work?
If the phone is locked to a service provider you need to go to that service provider's website or contact their customer service section and find out how to unlock it and how much it may cost
Do you get the imei number when you dial *#06#?
