How can I replace the microphone on this chromebook R11?

I cannot find a spare mic anywhere, so i am assuming it comes integrated with the sceen or something.

Do someone knows how to replace this? Or have a picture of the mic?

Have you verified that it is a hardware problem?

See the post where it says:

"Also, when do you plug in or unplug the headphones? You have to do it while the CB is turned on and with the lid open and a window open. If you disconnect at any other time, the microphone input/output will not switch from the headphones back to the internal microphone."

But I believe not. I have all correct setting.

I cannot speak through any video-call app.

(i.e) if you have the laptop exchange it or open it and make pics. We can tell you where the mic is located.
