How to repair usb charging cord
Doesnt charge my galaxy j3 luna pro phone. Power supply strip's good, phone is working fine.

If you are referring to the charging port on the phone being physically damaged, the charging port would need to be removed via a hot-air rework station and a new one soldered on.
Unfortunately this isn't really feasible for DIY people unless you have the tools and experience in replacing charging ports that are soldered on the logic board.
Your best bet is to take it to mobile phone repair shop for quotes on replacing charging port.
