Can the HDMI port be easily replaced
For some reason the connection on my hdmi port broke is there any way i can replace the port?

The short answer is no, it can't be easily replaced. If you have all the necessary equipment and have some micro soldering experience then it's not too difficult but the average person will not be able to replace it. Do you have a source to get these ports? From what I understand they are not the same as a standard xBox one

If you look at the tear down
I think you would need a soldering machine to solder the HDMI port onto the PCB because of the many small connection, looks difficult.

My hdmi output is a little broken but when I plug it into the tv, the tv shows lines of green and the screen flashes black. I just got scammed out of 240

Sounds like the port or the HDMI chip on the motherboard needs to be fixed. If the port is physically broken then it definitely needs to be replaced.

I'm currently trying to find a HDMI port to replace one on a Xbox One S, can't seem to find the correct hdmi port anywhere, any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately these parts are not available anywhere yet. I remove them from junk motherboards until I can get them from a supplier.

For anyone that comes across this.
The HDMI ports are now available for the One S, I got one for 10$ on amazon.
Replacement wasn't hard, used a soldering Iron and a cheap 858D hot air station.
You will need to use leaded solder on the pins first to drop the melting temp of the un-leaded solder on them, or you can pick up some ChipQuick to make it easier (which I did).
Fixed for a friend, works fine now. Just be careful not to pry the connector, you could rip up a pad. I heated it and tried to gently rock it with tweezers, came off perfect. Used a cheapo solder sucker to clear out then 2 through hole mounting pins, replaced, tested for shorts, GTG. :D

@OminousTech can you okease send a link to the correct hdmi port replacement you bought please? I see a lot on ebay but I'm not sure which one to buy, or what us the specific model number(or set of numbers that are on the hdmi port? A link or info would be appreciated
