My Iphone 5s doesn't charge properly. When I put it on to charge it has to be locked, if I'm on it while its charging the battery percentage will continue to go down even though it says its charging. And even when it is locked it charges super slow, for example about 2 percent every 20 minutes. Should I replace my charging cord or is it the phone battery?

Hi,
Try first replace the charging cord if not ok try a another battery

And if this still doesnt work replace the charging dock.
Last resort is getting the u2 TriStar charging IC replaced as these can go bad when low quality / cheap wall charging cables or car charges are used which usually don't have over voltage protection to protect the phone.
