My Iphone 5s doesn't charge properly. When I put it on to charge it has to be locked, if I'm on it while its charging the battery percentage will continue to go down even though it says its charging. And even when it is locked it charges super slow, for example about 2 percent every 20 minutes. Should I replace my charging cord or is it the phone battery?
