Why is my keyboard not working?
My keyboard is completely unresponsive. I can move the mouse but none of my keys will work.. I have not used the laptop in a couple of days and I am not exactly sure why all of a sudden none of the keys work.

Try restarting your computer. If that does not help the issues, the keyboard may have lost connection to the motherboard. You may also have a faulty keyboard. Visit the troubleshooting page for more information and detailed repair guides!
