Echo 3rd Gen was working fine. I could unplug it and move it to another room in the house plug it in to an outlet and it would start up and be ready in about 1 minute. Without warning, this changed. Now, every time I unplug Echo and then plug it back in (even without moving and using the exact same outlet), it gets a blue light ring and remains unresponsive. To get it working, I have to hold the mic and - buttons simultaneously which starts the setup routine. I have to go through setup in the Alexa app to get it to connect to wifi and then it works. BTW, nothing has changed with my router and every other wifi connected device is works without issue). Now, it's an absolute chore to move Echo from room to room. I must be missing something since everything I read suggests that when I plug it in to an outlet, it should power up and get all needed settings from the cloud - how it was working before. Any suggestions?
