my printer is HP 8600 plus after I change all the cartridge (because all empty as indicated) it show :

how do I reset the whole system…??? I bought and installed all new print cartridges (as instructed) and I have tried to reset the printer (as instructed) by pulling the power cord, waiting 60 seconds and replugging in the power cord. But the printer is stuck on the same message! (and I’m out the cost of new cartridges). HP….where do I go from here??? J. W. Newman
