I would remove the loud speaker assembly first, then the charging coil. This especially helps when reinstalling, because of a small piece on the right side of the loudspeaker assembly that overlaps the charging coil assembly.

The seal on this phone is really good. It will take some time. Be patient. I used a heating pad to lay the phone on, in conjunction with the IFIXIT iOpener. This helps maintain the heat on the seals, and I can control the heat on the pad, as well.
