Hello

I have an iphone with a cracked screen so i replaced the screen. When I turn it on it works but the screen does not turn on straight away. There is a scrambled image and after one or two seconds it comes good. I have checked the cable connections from the screen/glass to the main board, they're ok. Do I have a faulty new screen?
