Remove LCD

  • Best to just temporarily remove the small brown fabric tape on side of the LCD (They always in the way and get caught in the wrong place during reassembly) and the LCD the completely freed for removal

  • Prepare clean plastic liner on a flat surface. Suction cup lift LCD off (2 corners away from buffer boards first) and place LCD with its diffuser facing side onto the liner with buffer boards dangling over the edge. Avoid using anything with lint as a liner. The underside of the LCD facing diffusers require full disassembly to clean out any lint.

  • Remove the suction cups. Leaving suction cups on for long periods can leave a visible mark on the LCD when powered on (eventually heals but don't take a chance)

  • Always keep the LCD surface facing the diffusers downwards to avoid collecting any airborne dust.

LCD entfernen

Am einfachsten entfernst du das kleine braune Gewebeband an der Seite des LCD zeitweise. (Es ist immer im Weg und verfängt sich beim Zusammenbau an falschen Stellen). Es ist damit frei und kann vollständig entfernt werden.

Lege eine saubere Plastikfolie auf eine ebene Fläche. Hebe den LCD-Bildschirm mit einem Saugnapf an (zuerst die zwei Ecken gegenüber der Pufferplatine) und lege ihn dann mit dem Diffusor nach oben auf die Folie, sodass die Pufferplatinen über den Rand hängen. Verwende als Folie möglichst nichts, das Fusseln verursacht.

Die Unterseite des LCD-Bildschirms müsste vollständig zerlegt werden, um Fusseln zu entfernen.

Entferne die Saugnäpfe. Wenn die Saugnäpfe längere Zeit auf dem LCD verbleiben, können beim Einschalten sichtbare Spuren auf dem LCD zurückbleiben (verschwindet mit der Zeit, aber sicher ist sicher).

Halte das LCD immer mit der Streuscheibe nach unten, damit du nicht so viel Staub aufsammelst.
