Speaker aint speaking on acer laptop

on my acer aspire e 14 (Acer aspire E5-411-C7RZ) the speaker isnt working but when i put my headphones in it doesnt work. please help. the control panel and device manager doesnt work, and i also tried volume mixer. please help me. i am typing this on the laptop. i need help. please help me.

Any issues in Device Manager? (if running Windows 10 or 11, can get to it by right clicking Start button)

Were there any updates recently?

Have they ever worked, speakers or headphone jack?
