My personal course of action to determine if the hinges are broken is to open it slowly while looking at it straight on. Is the lid at an angle? Do you feel resistance when you open it?
Because you said that your laptop is not closing properly, and you are feeling resistance when trying to open and close it, to me, it sounds like this is a frame issue.
I do have two questions. One, does the display function as expected?

yeah i feel it resisting while opening and not opening properly and not even closing properly it's frame is coming outside while opening or closing .
