Won't go pass the rca screen without the pups
My tablet will go to the rca screen after the screen with the RCA an the pups an once it gets to the black RCA screen it stays there

Good morning,
Firstly, can you attach a photo to show us exactly what happens?
From what it sounds like, the tablet may have corrupt software because it's getting stuck at bootup. Try restarting into a sort of safe mode by pressing & holding pwr button and a volume button to get into a cryptic type of mode. That's generally how you do it on android but i have no idea what software this thing runs.

Can you tell me what the "pups" is please as i don't know what that is.
I'm guessing either your software has gone kaput or a hardware component such as your NAND has gone Kaput
