Black screen at startup, no logo
Dell inpiron 23 All in one ,
Just black screen on startup. Power light on.
Keyboard no response .
Screen test RGB colors working .. so screen backlit is ok

@chetanmche92978 try to access your BIOS. Power on the system and then immediately pres the F2 key (may take more than 1 try to get it) to go to the BIOS Setup. In the BIOS check to see what your boot device is. It is possible that your system cannot find an OS. You can also make a bootable USB drive first and then set your boot order to USB. Insert a bootable drive and see if your computer now starts up. If so, you know it is your drive (either HDD or SSD)
