Here's a teardown video that may help.
The vibrate motor can be seen being removed at 3:00 minutes into the video.
Search online for GH31-00744A to find suppliers for the vibrate motor that suit you best.
If the replacement motor also doesn't work, here's the vibrate motor troubleshooting flowchart from the service manual. There's also a zoomed in image and a board view image showing the location of some of the components mentioned in the flowchart.
