Why my sim card not working as data network

i have a tray for dual sim cards but there is one of sim card not working in my phone for data network but its working in other phones even i put another sim in my phone in same tray and it is work very fine then i went to the branch to replace the sim card but it also do the same issue no data network in my phone but working very well in another phones so why the data network in this sim card exactly not working

I call customer service technical support to resolve the problem but no problem in sim card because i try it in another phone

also my phone is fine because i try another sim card and it works

so how can it fix

Hi,

Check that the phone's data saver setting is either disabled or that selected apps only can use the data and also that the required SIM card(s) are selected for the data connection.

If your phone and SIM cards work, but the data connection doesn't, I can think of a few reasons:

  1. The SIM cards are in the wrong trays. Try switching the cards in the trays and see if it works.
  2. The dual-SIM setup is configured incorrectly. A branch technician needs to confirm everything works before giving the phone back to you.
  3. The dual-SIM setup is not part of your current phone plan. Customer support needs to explain the features you purchased.
