The short answer is NO
An Intel i7 9700k CPU is not compatible with the chipset on your motherboard. It will not work.
According to the specifications for your motherboard it has an Intel C236 chipset.
Here’s a link that states that 8th and 9th Gen CPUs are only compatible with Intel 300 series chipsets and are not backward compatible with Intel 200 series or Intel 100 series chipsets

I guess i7 7700K will work then. I had two options in mind E3 1270 V6 and intel i7 7700K. And I do not use it for gaming. What should I go with?

They are that close to be almost the same.
The i7 7700K is slightly better and cheaper but uses a bit more power according to this website
