Ink Cartridge Problem after replacing new cartridge (yellow)

I have changed my yellow ink cartridge and it says ….

One or more Cartridges appear to be missing or damaged. Install or replace the affected Cartridge, Then it shows the Yellow round circle. It is not missing or damages and is a true HP 564 cartridge. I have replaced again, turned the machine off, unplugged it from the outlet and still get the same message. Printer will not work. What can I do to fix this problem?

Not sure if this is the better way, but you can try this..

engage the hp printer to change cartridge mode and power off the mains, so the print mechanism will stay there .

Try cleaning the contacts of the printer ink cartridge with Isopropyl alcohol and install the cartridges.

Power on and let it initialise
