My Xbox One S will not play certain games; the games will crash. :(

I bought my Xbox One S (Battlefield 1; One Terabyte edition) through Wal-Mart via Internet. My Xbox One S will not play certain games, it could be the hard disc but I have played it on different console. The hard disc games work on different consoles.

I need some council to figure out what is wrong with my console. I heard it could be my Motherboard that is broken, my disc reader is broken. I do not know but having valid help could do me some good right now, thanks!

P.S. I got it through USPS, I am not sure if this will help you or me.
