4 Why won't my laptop turn on?
When I press the power button, nothing happens. I have held it down for a few seconds, but it still does not turn on.

First, check to see that the battery is charged. If it's not, plug in the power adapter and try to turn the laptop on again. It should light right up.
If your laptop still does not turn on after plugging in the power adapter, then you may have either a broken charger, or bad battery. Both of these can be purchased at your local electronics store.
