My galaxy III has starting running the battery low very quickly {6-7 hours}.
I bought a replacement battery but that was not the problem.
I would appreciate help.

Turning off gps location and WiFi will help reduce the draw on the battery.You can also go into setting>more>battery and here you can see what is using all your battery. it shows what apps are running and how much power there running.you may also want to shut off running apps by holding down the home button (while on the home screen )and all the running apps will be displayed. to stop them simply swipe them to the left, you may also want to check your power saving mode. This is found by going to settings >My Device>power saving mode. hope this helps

Thanks Jim, i appreciate it. Most of the things i had already done but "you may also want to shut off running apps by holding down the home button (while on the home screen )and all the running apps will be displayed. to stop them simply swipe them to the left" seems to have helped.
