Hard Drive and Ram switch
I have a imac G5 20" that died and needs a logic board. I found a 17" to replace it for cheap, but want to know if my hard drive and ram from my 20" will work on the 17" G5

The hard drive will most certainly work and the RAM should be the same, just check it before installing.
