Why is my phone continually cycling after it starts. never stopping

until i pull the battery but when i put it back in it starts doing the same thing..please help before my new phone turns into a discus

Not entirely sure.. But with those Korean phones.. It's usually that the power button needs to be replaced. I believe it needs to be soldered onto the logic board. It's actually not a super complicated process
