Wi-Fi is not working and Bluetooth is

Hey.. my wifi doesn’t work on the computer. Shows a slash through it. Works when I first restart but then shuts off. Bluetooth still works. Is this spyware or a hardware issue? Sometimes when the wifi shuts off the entire computer freezes and shuts off and restarts.
