Hey.. my wifi doesn’t work on the computer. Shows a slash through it. Works when I first restart but then shuts off. Bluetooth still works. Is this spyware or a hardware issue? Sometimes when the wifi shuts off the entire computer freezes and shuts off and restarts.

Try booting into safe mode. You can do this by holding shift when booting. (See https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ma.... https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ma.... For more) If that doesn’t work then you know it is not software and indeed a hardware issue. You can also check that the antenna lines are good, as they could be broken.
