| I successfully open the bottom case and able to open 2 screws at the right part of the battery.[br] | |

| But I could not open the 2 screws on the left part of the battery (please see attached file with circle in red color). I have tried all head styles of iFixit, but none can open the screws.[br] | |

I have bought "iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit" in order to change my XPS 13 9350 battery.[br] I successfully open the bottom case and able to open 2 screws at the right part of the battery.[br] But I could not open the 2 screws on the left part of the battery (please see attached file with circle in red color). I have tried all head styles of iFixit, but none can open the screws.[br] Appreciate any help. Thanks
