@seblg - Sorry no guides yet on the newer Touch Bar systems. Even so, the speakers are replaceable! Sadly they are glued in so they are hard to pull off without damaging them! Here’s the parts:

If you review the [guide|73395] Step12 you can see how well its glued in. Make sure you’ve ID’d the bad speaker using the balance control within the Sound control panel to bias which speaker is active. Also don’t forget the Left Speaker looking in from the bottom is the Right Speaker!
Apple did have a recall for your system for blown speakers. I would try to see if you can get it fixed for free under that.
