I desperately need a service repair manual for the Toshiba 40L3453DB I have tried google but can`t find one .Mostly i need to know the output voltage from psu to led`s as this tv has 5 rows in each has 9 led`s.I have fitted a new psu and it shows 78.8v at the output to led`s but the lights will not light up .I have checked each light individually and all shows light one at a time .Please help,Thankyou
