try this solution, hold the reset button and the button on bottom of screen at same time for 10 or more seconds and it restarts...if don't work you need to replace the [guide|24883|screen],  you can find the lcd on [product|IF110-021|ifixit] or you can find on [http://bit.ly/14wLxlq|third party]
