Try this i find Solution: Find a q-tip. Insert the q-tip into the headphone jack of the iPhone. Swivel the q-tip around for a bit and clean the inside of the headphone jack. Once I did this, the problem was magically fixed!
Try this solution i found on sonymobile forums, Put ur headphones to phone and play song. Pull headphones while song is running phone will pause the song now just play the song without headphones. It should play on phone speaker.

Press and hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. The screen will clear out and then the Apple Logo will appear on the black background. When the logo appears it means that the reset is done.
