On my T510 with built in Nvidia 3100M the upgrade from 1600x900 to 1920x1080 did not work. I installed a 1920x1080 glossy LCD with a LD brand tag. The T510 runs Windows 7, with updated BIOS and graphic driver. After disabling Aero, the screen worked, unless there is a black background. Then it shows a strong 'video -flicker'. When booting up, the flicker is so strong that it is nearly impossible to read anything. Bad luck!
